A Hot Air Balloon Flight
Getting up early to go for a flight in a hot air balloon might not be everyone's initial idea of how to relax, however, once you take to the skies and see the sun begin to creep up over the horizon you can really begin to appreciate how pleasant an experience it is. Furthermore, if you are a little stressed by something that is happening in your life it is easy to gain a new-found perspective by looking down at the tiny land below and realising how, in the grand scheme of things, your problem is pretty irrelevant. If you can do that then hot air ballooning can really help you relax.
Having a Lie-In
When you're a teenager it seems that all you want to do is stay in bed all day and either read or watch television - if you have one in your room. However, as we grow older and our time becomes more pressured we often begin to feel that time spent in bed in the morning is wasted.
